Helpdesk/Tech Support

Details: Apex Systems has a need for a Help Desk technician. They will be supporting internal employees on a host of technologies, mainly Windows XP (soon to be 7), password resets, exchange, printer issues, network issues, ghosting, blackberry and iPhone, and 3rd party apps.  Active Directory is a plus.   SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent oral, written and professional communication skills. Superior troubleshooting, analytical and logical thought capabilities. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.Technical: Practical knowledge of PC Operating Systems, printing to local and network printers, Microsoft Office, Exchange email, PC/Printer Hardware Deliverable / Statement of Work:             Excellent oral, written and professional communication skills.
