As we continue to grow our brands, we invite you to learn more about the opportunities to become a part of our incredible team.  Chico's is hiring part-time customer service consultants to work in our  newly-designed, fabulous, state-of-the art Call Center in Winder, Georgia. We are looking for friendly, out-going associates with strong computer experience to give our customers the industry's BEST customer service experience possible.   POSITION OBJECTIVE: Partners with the Sales & Service team to share the responsibility for meeting the departmentalneeds. Handles incoming prospect or customer inquiries or concerns using company resourcesand Contact Center policies and procedures to provide complete, accurate responses. Usestechnologies and follows processes in accordance with Contact Center standards to ensurecontact handling operational effectiveness. Supports and reinforces company policies,procedures and values. QUALIFICATIONS:Two years of sales/customer service experience (retail a plus)High school diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office productsAbility to work flex schedule to meet business needs, including night and weekendsOutstanding interpersonal and relationship building skillsExcellent detail orientation, with the ability to learn and follow policies and procedures correctlyAbility to organize and communicate information clearlyxchicox!
