Details: Business Services SalesNortheast DivisionTasks:• Meet and exceed sales quotas by generating sales from inbound callsand follow-up with potential customers to sell Comcast Business Servicesproducts or services.• Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date on daily basis.• Manage the customer relationship from initial call, through close toresolve on the first call or escalate appropriately.• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and represent ComcastBusiness Services in a professional and courteous manner to prospectsand customers.• Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, industry information, andcompetitive landscape.• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to worknights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
